Shipping costs and delivery arrangements are determined based on the customer’s delivery address, order quantity, product size, weight, and destination-country requirements. Most orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning the quoted shipping price normally includes international transportation, customs clearance, import duties, and applicable taxes up to the confirmed delivery address, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or order confirmation. ThunderCustomParts reserves the right to select the most suitable carrier, freight forwarder, shipping route, and transportation method according to the actual shipment conditions. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by customs inspections, local regulations, weather, carrier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery and contact information. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery, remote-area surcharges, address changes, or customer-related clearance issues may be charged separately. Tracking or shipment updates will be provided when available.
