退款政策

Most ThunderCustomParts products are made to order or customized according to the customer’s confirmed specifications. Therefore, once an order has entered production, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality, including changes of mind, incorrect customer-provided specifications, or compatibility issues not confirmed with us before purchase.

If a product arrives defective, damaged, materially different from the confirmed specifications, or if an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide the order number, photographs, videos, packaging details, and a clear description of the issue. We will review the claim and, where approved, offer an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Products must not be installed, modified, painted, processed, or used before a return claim is approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs and arrangements will be determined according to the cause of the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product, where a return is required. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
